Inherent Safety – One of the hallmarks of engineered safety is the idea that it is possible to design out safety risks as a process is developed.  Many of the approaches, tools and methodologies to making a process inherently safer are complementary to those used for pollution prevention, so it helps to have someone who knows how to do both at the same time.  Use my experience to help you design process that are inherently safer.
